These terms govern your use of humanvsbiology.com (the "Site") and every purchase from HVB Labs Private Limited ("HVB", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them. The Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Who can buy

  • You must be 18 or older and resident in India.
  • Our products are health supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Do not use our products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18. If you take any medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure, consult a doctor before use.
  • Follow the usage directions and warnings on each product's page and label. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage.

3. Products and information

We publish every active ingredient and its dose per shot. Product information on the Site describes how ingredients work and the research behind the doses; it is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor's guidance. We may change a formula, pack size or price at any time; the version on the label of the pack you receive is the one that applies to it.

4. Orders

  • An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch, and the order confirmation email is not acceptance.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if the product is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, payment fails, a cash-on-delivery order is not confirmed within 24 hours, or we suspect fraud or misuse of a discount code. Prepaid amounts on a cancelled order are refunded in full.
  • Quantities per order may be limited.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free.
  • Payment is processed by Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store card or bank details.
  • Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes and requires confirmation on WhatsApp or by automated call before dispatch.
  • Tax invoices are issued in the name of HVB Labs Private Limited and sent by email.

6. Refill price

The Monthly pack is sold at the pack price shown on the product page. Every Monthly pack you order after your first one is charged at the refill price shown there. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no payment mandate: each refill is an order you place yourself, whenever you want one.

  • How it applies: the refill price is linked to the customer record created by your first paid Monthly order. Check out with the same email address or mobile number and it is applied automatically at checkout. It is not applied to orders placed under a different email address or number, and it cannot be transferred.
  • Trial packs do not qualify for the refill price and do not unlock it.
  • Reminders: if you have consented to marketing, we may remind you by email or WhatsApp when your pack is likely to run out. You can opt out at any time; the refill price still applies.
  • Changes: we may change the pack price or the refill price at any time. The prices shown at checkout when you place an order apply to that order. We will email customers at least 30 days before withdrawing the refill price altogether.
  • If we later offer an automatic refill option, it will be described on the product page and in these terms before you can choose it.

7. Discount codes and the founding-member Trial

  • A founding-member code entitles the person it was issued to, and only that person, to one free Trial pack after launch. It is tied to the email address used at signup, works once, cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another offer, and has no cash value.
  • We may cancel codes or orders where the same person signs up more than once, or where a code is used by someone other than the person it was issued to.
  • Other discount codes carry the conditions stated when we issue them.

8. Guarantees, refunds, cancellations

The Trial pack carries a refund guarantee: full refund within 10 days of delivery if the product made no difference for you, one claim per person, reviewed by hand. Monthly packs, first order and refills, carry the experience guarantee: we go through your routine with you and make it right, but they are not refundable once dispatched. Both are set out in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Your account

Accounts use a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

10. Reviews and content you submit

By posting a review, photo, video or comment on the Site or on our review platform, you grant HVB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our products, including in marketing, and confirm that it is your own honest experience. We publish only reviews from verified buyers and may remove content that is false, offensive, or not about the product. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

11. Intellectual property

The HVB and Human V/S Biology names and marks, our product names, the Site design, copy, formula presentation, images and video belong to HVB Labs Private Limited. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, scrape it, place fraudulent orders, misuse guarantees or discount codes, or resell our products.

13. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, weather, government orders or outages at our payment or platform providers.
  • Results from a supplement vary from person to person. We make no promise of a specific outcome beyond the guarantees in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

14. Complaints and grievances

Write first to info@humanvsbiology.com or WhatsApp +91 91378 95027. If not resolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer, Mohd Faiz Khandwani, Director, at the same email with the subject "Grievance" or by post to the registered office. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. You may also approach the consumer forum of your district under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the forum of your own district, the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
