Food business licence

FSSAI licence: the application by HVB Labs Private Limited under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 is in process. The licence number is published here, and on every pack, as soon as it is issued, and nothing is sold before that. Our products are manufactured for HVB Labs Private Limited by an FSSAI-licensed manufacturer; the manufacturer's name, licence number and address are printed on every pack.

Product classification and mandatory statements

Our products are health supplements under the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, and Prebiotic and Probiotic Food) Regulations, 2022. The following statements apply to every pack and to every product description on this site:

Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Recommended usage is printed on each pack and product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage.
Not for children under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you are on medication or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.

About the claims on this site

Every active ingredient and its dose per shot is published on the product page. Statements about how an ingredient works refer to the function of that ingredient at that dose and are supported by the studies cited next to them. They describe normal physiological function, not the treatment of a condition. Individual results vary. Statistics quoted on this site are from the peer-reviewed sources named beside them.

Pricing

All prices shown are maximum retail prices in Indian rupees, inclusive of all taxes. The refill price for Monthly packs after a customer's first is shown on the product page and applied automatically at checkout to that customer; it is not a subscription.
